Payment & Shipping

Your jewelry will be ready for shipping in approx. 1-3 days, after which we will hand over your package to our shipping partners. We send our parcels with DHL goGreen. Shipping with DHL usually takes about 2-4 working days. You will receive tracking information by email.

The shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process, based on your specified destination region.

Please note that deliveries cannot be made on Sundays and public holidays.

If your package does not arrive within a maximum of ten working days (for domestic shipping) or within a maximum of fourteen working days (for international shipping), please contact us at info@tipao.de. Please bear in mind that there may be delays in shipping if there is an increased volume of orders or during time-consuming periods such as around Christmas.

You can pay conveniently via Paypal or bank transfer.

We are in the process of providing you with further payment options.

Your order

After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail from the relevant shipping service provider. This e-mail contains a link that you can use to track the shipping status of your order.

Please contact our customer service if you would like to make any changes. We are at your disposal to look for solutions together. Please note that orders can only be canceled before shipping. If you would like to change your address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. As long as your parcel has not yet been processed or sent, a change of address is still possible. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible after this time.

Returns & complaints

Our top priority is your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unworn jewelry in the original packaging to us within 14 days of delivery.

If a piece of jewelry is damaged, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Simply send us an e-mail describing the defect and enclosing a photo.

Our greatest joy is when you are completely happy! You therefore have 14 days to return items that are unused and unworn to us in their original packaging. The parcel must be received at a drop-off point by the fourteenth day at the latest.

As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the amount to the original form of payment within 14 days.

As we are a small, self-financed company, we are unfortunately unable to provide free return labels.

As a sustainable family business, we value customers who make conscious purchases. We therefore ask for your understanding regarding the return costs so as not to make our products unnecessarily more expensive. After all, your financial investment should flow into the quality of our products and not into possible returns.

Here we rely on a material that also shines in medical technology. The best thing about it? It is nickel- and allergen-free, making it perfect for anyone with sensitive skin.

Titanium is simply the star among materials: super-hard, heat-resistant and corrosion-free – and all this at a feather-light weight. It is a real all-rounder.

It has been scientifically confirmed that titanium is biocompatible – in short, it is a real skin flatterer.

Titanium is hypoallergenic and also biocompatible.

The term “hypoallergenic” means that a material triggers fewer allergies than other materials.

But we go one step further! In medical technology, the term “biocompatible” describes materials that do not cause any reactions when in direct contact with human tissue. This is why titanium is also used for implants in the human body.

In short: titanium is super gentle on the skin.

Our jewelry is given a special upgrade with a PVD coating. What is that? It means that we coat your jewelry with a super tough layer that not only looks cool (gold or other colors!), but also ensures that your jewelry lasts longer.
